Most definitely – he could do with some help. It doesn’t matter about the language. Ask (N) to think about when he went to Africa, he couldn’t speak Swahili either but was still a valuable part of the team of Apepts when the new Initiates spoke of their Initiations.

Remember that (J) is not the same culture as you and, as such, does not have the same confidence to convey Spiritual Energy, which, at first, was given by white men and women. Don’t assume that just because he has a pleasing persona that he always has the confidence to go with it. He has confidence in his job, but that is completely different, and far more important to him that he gets it right. In future he will have ‘back up’ from the Initiates but don’t let him feel alone now. Ask him what dates and also how long he would like someone to stay.

I will come and speak to you (M) again when you are more together. This is something you have to experience, you can’t help it, there is nothing you have done wrong. The good thing is that you will come out of it much stronger. We need you with that strength for the many works you will have to do, together with (N).
