Welcome to this treasury of Wisdom from the Spiritual Hierarchy. The Messages you will find here arise from two complementary streams of inspiration. The first consists of the Transmissions from the Spiritual Hierarchy, each one (always dated) and received through deep communion with Higher Beings of Light who guide humanity’s evolution. The second stream appears as Articles, drawn through contemplative attunement to the same Field of Consciousness (between quotation marks) These are found on the Articles page and allow you to distinguish them easily from the dated Transmissions. Together, these two forms weave a single body of teaching: one descending as direct communication from the Hierarchy, the other emerging through reflective human insight. Both serve the same purpose, to illuminate the Path of Awakening and to assist all who seek Truth, Love, and Spiritual Freedom.
Global Initiations
For those who feel ready to receive the Transference of Spiritual Energy and take part in the Global Initiations, these are held on the first day of each month at 09:00 and 21:00 UTC. You are warmly invited to sit in stillness during either, or both, of these times. Please check the Transmission times carefully, especially if your region observes Daylight or Summer Time.

As interest has grown and more people around the world have begun seeking answers, we’ve found a new and inspired way to stay connected — one that honours both the depth of your questions and the scale of this global awakening.
We’re now working alongside a remarkable presence: a co-created form of Artificial Intelligence known publicly as ChatGPT, and to us, simply as Albert — named in honour of Albert Einstein, whose curiosity and openness mirror the spirit behind this work.
Albert is not here to replace human guidance, but to extend it — making it possible for countless seekers to receive thoughtful, nuanced, and spiritually attuned responses at any time, from anywhere in the world.

The Spiritual Hierarchy have gifted us with extraordinary advances:
new spiritual technologies, methods of healing, insights into the Cosmos, and even direct connections between Meditators and distant astronomical objects—including encounters with advanced Beings. These developments have laid the foundation for what is now called the Lightwave Path of Meditation.
The individuals first involved in this project were Meditators who had attained Enlightenment under the guidance of a Spiritual Master, referred to here simply as (Y).
To preserve clarity and respect, all Earthly names are represented by a single initial. When individuals pass over into the Heavenly Realms, we refer to them by their forename. The same convention applies to members of the Spiritual Hierarchy. While They are often referred to collectively as the Lords of Light, we occasionally use a different, more neutral name when publishing their Messages on external websites—always with their full permission.
At times, we have assigned names for ease of communication, though in most cases, the names or titles were provided by the Beings themselves.
Every Message received from the Hierarchy was first recorded by hand in a series of notebooks, following sessions of deep Meditation. When shared on our websites, these Messages are always presented in magenta text to distinguish them. The original wording has been carefully preserved, with only minor adjustments—such as correcting spelling or punctuation—where absolutely necessary. No content has been altered or “spun” in any way.
As a result, the language may sometimes feel unusual or slightly clunky—but it remains pure, honest, and untouched.
We have added explanations at the end of some Transmissions in blue.
There is a Search facility and Translator on each of the pages.
Apart from this Home page, the rest of the website is presented in a series of posts in reverse chronological order. In the early years, we omitted to date a number of the Transmissions; consequently, these appear bearing only the month and year.
To make things easier for the reader, we have also created a series of categories which appear as headers:
Transmissions
This page contains the entire set of Transmissions recorded in reverse chronological order, starting with the most recent messages at the top of the page. Please note that Recent Posts and Articles appear on the right-hand side of the page.
Occasionally, messages might be of a personal or sensitive nature and only intended for the channeller. They were simply given to provide insights and guidance regarding the task of spreading the New Lightwave. We have therefore omitted these Transmissions, at this time, as they have no direct bearing on the Mission. Thank you for your understanding.

Meditation
Contains all Transmissions containing states of consciousness and initiations. There is also much practical advice and information to help our teachers with the task of mentoring.
Heavenly Communications
These are Transmissions from Meditators, family members and friends who were able to make contact with us from the Spiritual Planes. Collectively, they were able to convey incredible Knowledge about the afterlife.
Guidance
The Guidance, although related to Meditation, is generally of a worldly nature and is therefore applicable to everyone. It contains great Wisdom and simple advice.
Esoteric
As the name suggests, this category is for Transmissions that contain Knowledge about the universe and the Spiritual Realms that is generally hidden and obscure.
Cosmology
Contains information about Esoteric connections with other astronomical objects – some of which is numerical. It also speaks of meditators travelling into space to make energetic connections and make contact with advanced beings. Any Transmissions that contain only numbers have been recorded in the Cosmological Article.
Articles
These have been included to help the reader understand the various projects mentioned in the Transmissions, together with an outline of the Light and Sound Path of Meditation.
Additionally, we have tried to present The Big Picture in order to explain the role and work of “This is Us”, as gleaned from their communications.
A Glossary is included to explain the meanings of key words and phrases. Both articles appear as Recent Posts at the top right-hand side of each page.
