The problem is that (R) needs to find love in herself. She has very little self respect and has trust issues. She feels that everyone and everything is against her. It is no wonder she reacts the way she does with very little provocation.

Her attempts to sort these issues out have not worked. She doesn’t expect any relationship to work and subconsciously makes them fail by her behaviour.

Don’t give up on her (N) and (M), just give her space for now and wait for the next time you can find a way in to help her.
