In answer to your question, it pains Us to say that (Y) is becoming an old man. He can no longer do the things he used to. If you remember (N) it was a long time ago that he couldn’t ‘pull’ people through their States. The group has become sick and has been for some time.

Would you recommend a sick group with a worn-out leader?
