Would you please explain why so many people are getting Autoimmune diseases nowadays.

This is a disease of the modern age as you are well aware. It comes from excess worry over a long period:
● Can I reach the deadline?
● The work is piling up!
● Are my children safe in this uncertain world?
……and the list goes on.All that worry is exhausting, so everything is brought to a head. The body is given this disease to say, slow down, no more deadlines, you have to learn to relinquish control of your environment. Things will always happen that you can’t do anything about, but what you can do is to watch developments unfold in their own way.
Worry serves no useful purpose!
Here are a few guidelines and a simple exercise you can do on a regular basis to help with this. Worry, stress and anxiety, if left unchecked, will undoubtedly lead to illness of some kind. So, before the inner chatter of your mind gets out of control, do this breathing exercise:
● Take between three and six deep breaths, and as you breathe out, feel as if you are letting go of any non-helpful thoughts.
● What this does is to stop the worrying mind in it’s tracks, and allows you to press the reset button.
● Allow the more positive thoughts to be there, but as soon as the negative patterns come back, do the breathing exercise again.It is so important to cultivate positive thought patterns. This will make you a generally, more well balanced and healthy person.
