We are the Lords of Light coming to talk with you about pulling people through States.

This has proven to be not a good idea for several reasons. The main one being that the person would not feel that they had been through the ‘Stages’, particularly in Second Initiation. (N) would not be able to do this anyway as it has to be a Master. Just giving Energy specifically to that person with intent does not ‘pull them through’. It just gives them more Energy with which to convert to the new State themselves. If they are ready, they will ‘go through’. (N) need not worry, but he may give people Energy individually, similarly to healing and that will help them.

At the beginning of (Y)’s Path when he needed Adepts to help him to spread the Path, it was necessary that they went through the States quickly. Nowadays you do have Adepts and it is better that the Initiates do the ‘work’ themselves. They will get into good habits afterwards, to be able to Meditate well after Enlightenment.
