Have a look at the way you need to be reminded to do things, by the book We chose for you today. That is the way of the human being, of which obviously you are one; chopping and changing and getting into the world at the slightest opportunity. You saw how even reading the first chapter can help an individual to come out of their habits and understand the way to Be and not the way the mind wants to be.

What about (J)?

She needs your help; (D) could help her but chooses not to as he doesn’t know where to start. She needs to sit down and meditate. She is quite a high old soul but somehow has got lost in this life – which hasn’t gone the way it was planned. She needs to help herself by going inwards and sitting still before she can help others.

You are popular, as your ways of doing things and being with people are helping them to respect themselves while becoming happier and able to understand themselves more. And if you understand yourself then you are going to understand others. It comes quite naturally to you and is a real gift that you are not even aware of. You can only do this of course when you are comfortable in a situation – and your task in the next few weeks is to be comfortable in All situations – be it family, teaching , personal friends etc. The way to do this is to practice what the new book is saying – your general life will become so much easier in the process and just by being around others you will help them too, just by being there.
