I am still feeling a lot of pressure on and around my head. Do you have any advice and insights you can share regarding this?

Hello (M), there is much to be explained on this very important subject. You are asking that question, as you are aware that many sensitives are suffering because of the massive shifts that are taking place at the moment in all walks of life.

This means that people like yourself and many others are picking up on the mental and emotional anguish/stress/negative thought patterns etc.

There is negative mental energy everywhere, it doesn’t matter where you are, in cities or towns. However, regular trips to the countryside, particularly among trees – and to let go into the sounds of Nature or to walk along a sandy beach, this advice is more important now than ever!

The symptoms that you are reaching overload are usually felt around the head, as a tension around the top (Crown Chakra).

To dissipate that tension, concentrate with the intention of breaking up these mental atoms, and directing them away from your body. Doing more Meditation and resting during the day is important.

Even though you might feel you want to help people you see, who are in pain, it is wise to keep yourself from negative situations and send Love and Light to help them.

Advice to all sensitives is that you are needed, either to bring down Messages, or send out Loving Energy.
