There is no need (N) to say a Mantra while giving Energy. There are many reasons for this, the main one being that the Energy givers will already be used to sending out Love and Light to the World with no Mantra.

You were right in your comment, what you need is to focus your intention beforehand. If you feel that people will fall into thought while sending the Energy, then suggest that they focus on their third eye during the process.
