The water is there to soften the effects of the way the machine is Transmitting. When such a strong Signal is being sent all the time there needs to be a balance and the water is perfect for this as it holds the memory and makes the machine stable in the Transmission. If the water was not there the ‘sending’ would not be so powerful.
