It’s all to do with magnification (M). If you look at anything under a lens you will see the detail. Like looking at ants crawling around, it seems very random. But if you look carefully you will see a distinct order in what they are doing.

So, of course, with the question of Free Will versus Automatic Universe, Karma and Reincarnation etc, it is all to do with where you place your lens.
