(M) I’d like to talk about Meditation, and particularly about the real benefits of prolonged Meditation.
If you need to learn anything, from sports to learning an instrument, to become proficient you need to practise and keep on practising.
Meditation is no exception.
Firstly, once you have decided that this is for you, then daily practice is a must. Build up to an hour a day and more when you can,There are experienced Meditators who have practiced for some 20-30 years or more. You have built it into your lives, but can you honestly say, that each session you reach a Stillness and Peace from the chatter of the mind?
Probably not, but you are certainly not alone .Prolonged focused Meditation is the answer – put aside time for this, and I promise you that the quality, and therefore the benefits will become evident very soon.
To the Sensitives among you, I would say that the best advice is that when you ‘sit down’ each time, ask that your Auric Field is strengthened ( you will be able to feel this happening ). This will make you better equipped to withstand the knocks of life. Just to have that intention gives you the power to help yourselves.
The main purpose of Life is to Love and to Learn .
Meditation is the Key to unlock both those doors.
