Breathing properly is really important to keeping healthy.

People generally don’t realise this and breathe with their lungs not expanding enough.
It is important to practice conscious breathing on a regular basis, as with stresses of modern living it’s easy to go back to shallow breathing again which will lead to many health problems.

With this in mind it’s necessary to build a time of conscious breathing into a Meditation routine. As well as health benefits, it helps to focus the mind after a busy day before Meditating on the Light and Sound.
