Two questions please:

The machine number for (M) is making a difference to the music that (N) is playing. Is there wisdom in encouraging people to really listen to music by giving them a Mantra or a frequency to use?
Is it a good idea to clear negative places by giving them Energy, just as we do people?
Assuming that is a yes, has what we did today helped to clear the pathways to Tipton of the historic Bloodshed that (M) was feeling during the walk?

Hello (N) this is Phaedra here – it’s been a while.

These questions, although valid in themselves, are symptomatic of the way your mind is working at the moment. You are looking at the smaller rather than the Big Picture. You have the personality that can easily get sidetracked and without people writing to you about Path issues so much at the moment it’s taking you away from what is really important, such as the Ascension and how to inspire people.

Now is the time, as you have more space, to really focus on Meditating, you will be surprised at what you bring down if you ask the right questions.

(M)’s energy levels need preserving and she should only be used for bringing inspiring Messages from Us. Except of course for personal things.

We are delighted to see you going out more as you really do need to exercise and be in the countryside for your health and wellbeing – take heed!
