This is the Lords of Light talking to you about (A) and (S).

Yes (N), We can see you are sad about (A)’s behaviour particularly this weekend. There is a great sadness in him which he talks about to (F) each week and it keeps him sane and able to go on. He absolutely adores his sons, as any parent would and is devastated that there is so little contact with them.

(R) is the root of this, although she can’t be blamed completely as (A) would admit that he has behaved badly in certain ways too, which has resulted in the alienation which he just cannot come to terms with.

With regard to the Path and the Meditation (N), we know it’s hard for you to understand but you have to put him in the same category as the other Lifewavers. It’s a case of ‘been there, done it and got the T-shirt’. They really no longer wish to be part of anything that could be called an organized Path again. They don’t mind Meditating separately, they do, but really they have moved on.

In (A)’s case it would be different if (S) wasn’t around – but she doesn’t understand what you do and he listens to her objections, although he does like you two very much. It’s hard for him, very tough.
