We know that this has been a difficult one for you. Sometimes it happens that way and it doesn’t mean that your Connection with Us is in any way diminished. In fact it means the opposite. You are getting stronger and more able every day in all respects, so don’t despair, you know We are here and will never let you down – or (N).
Back to (J)The Mantra he has been given is a very strong one. It is to do with the three syllables the same which puts the power behind it. You found it uncomfortable because it is NOT for general use and only for (J).
He should build up the use, only say it a few times throughout the day and then more, after a week or so keep it to two minutes three times a day. It really is powerful and if used too much (or by others) it could have a detrimental effect.
(J) is doing very well and has an immense Love and support from all around the World which is helping him enormously.
