You are asking about protecting yourself. (N) is right, you do need to do this. Your Light shines so bright now, as the Love for all increases the intensity of the Light increases also.

Every time you are in a situation where you think your Energy will be drained, always use the yarrow, but also visualize the Blue Light around you. Even if you forget and do it half way through a meeting with someone or a phone call it will still work. In extreme situations please ask for Our help.
