Hello (M) and (N) this is the Maitreya speaking. It’s best to write this down so it’s clear for people.
I am the Lord Maitreya. I am talking to you through (M).
For the good of mankind it is important to do the following visualizations, either together in a group or on your own.
Firstly, you need to bring to mind all the people you care for, such as family and friends. Then think of work colleagues, neighbours and people you meet casually. Then go through your life and think of all the people who you have interacted with in your life. This will take a few sessions.
Then let these people rise up into a big bubble of Love and Light. When you feel anyone you know needs special care, just make sure they are safe in the Light. The reason for this is that all the Souls you have incarnated with, who have touched you in some way (it could be a fleeting glance) deserve your care – as they have shaped you to become who you are today, sometimes in a small way, but it still counts.
Keep adding to these special Souls as you remember people in your life, say, from childhood and as you were growing up. You will understand why you need to do this at a later time.
When this is done to your satisfaction, each day when you meditate be sure these Souls are in the Light – it is as if you are affirming they are there,
As you know only too well, the Earth and its inhabitants need a helping hand. There are many groups as well as yourselves around the World already healing the Planet with powerful visualization.
This is a specific task for your group, a very important one as you will see. This task is to visualize and bring to your mind’s eye the huge number of Souls whose lives are ruled by hate.
Do this in any way you please – either by putting them on a big screen or you can shrink them and put them in a cage. Anything to have them in one place. Then, to send Light, Love and Stillness. They have not known stillness since the day they were born and desperately need it.
The Light, Love and Stillness must surround them for a time each day when you practice your Meditation.
