We are the Lords of Light coming to talk to you about Initiations. We are keen to get things sorted out with regard to whether a person who is Enlightened can automatically Initiate.

It is normally a good idea that new Adepts settle into their new State before they start Initiating others, about six months, but that may vary. They should be stable individuals who understand the enormity of what they are giving and do it with dedication and commitment. This is because newly Initiated people will look to them for guidance afterwards.

(J) is such a good influence, there will be no problems about any Adepts who follow his guidance. They will all be able to Initiate as they have the qualities necessary to take on this Mantle, with Love and Simplicity.
