The expression re-Initiated should never be used, it is much better to use the term ‘given more Energy’.

Often it takes a while for the new Initiate to relax and trust enough to Meditate properly into the Light and Sound so they may need some Energy from an Adept to help them on their way – at the same time to inspire them to continue.
