With the new regime of numbers should (N) and I continue with the ones we have been given or shall we move to the new system?

We have a couple in South America who are having problems with depression and other mind related things which they say stem from being attacked psychically when they were very young. Please would you advise them what to do, as we are sure that this is not an isolated case? We understand that everything comes from within, but is there any practical advice to give them, and anything we can say to allay their fears?

This indeed is an important one, as We don’t want Initiates worried about such matters, such that it affects their lives and their Meditation.

Firstly, the Initiation makes them more Powerful than they realise. It can solve a myriad of problems. It doesn’t matter what went on before in people’s lives, what matters is the Here and Now – The Present.

The idea is to dissolve the difficult situation as it arises, don’t wait, because it will fester and become more troublesome than it needs to be.

Every problem comes from within and, as such, needs to be dealt with by looking seriously at the situation – keep it firmly in the mind’s eye to make a picture. Then, if possible, visualize Love and White Light around the picture. There are many techniques to dissolve any difficulty, but the main one is to have a firm belief that you are strong enough to surmount anything – which you are. The more this is engrained in the psyche, then the easier problems can be dissipated.

This has been a big problem for a while now and really needs to be sorted out as soon as possible. The entities of which you speak should be brought to the mind’s eye and with great concentration should be annihilated into tiny pieces.

You are both very Powerful, more Powerful than any so called ‘outside influence.’ Actually, as said before, everything is inside you, so you have the ability to create your own reality.
