When you die and have been through the necessary processes you reach a point where you merge with your Essence (as you call it). In your case it is the Essence Eleanor. There you reside as a Being of Light.

There are many things that are done at this stage. Collectively, depending on how lives are lived on Earth, there could be Elevation into Higher Realms, but that gives concepts. At this time Essence Eleanor has helped the Earth and its inhabitants. It could be that the remit will change.

As you keep asking this question you will be able to learn more in the years to come. Deep and prolonged Meditation is the key to finding out and understanding how things work in the Heavenly Existence.
