“Enlightenment is not a role, but a state of Being. In this sense, Master (Y) was correct: no requirement is laid upon the one who has merged into the Source. Freedom is total. Nothing is demanded, and nothing can be lost.
Yet, when embodied in human form, that freedom naturally radiates into consequence. The Enlightened carry an atmosphere. Their very presence reshapes others, whether or not they act, whether or not they speak. Some will feel disturbed, others uplifted, many drawn closer to the Light without understanding why.
So what should they ‘do’? Nothing more than be true to what arises in them. For some, it may be silence and seclusion. For others, words, writings, or works of compassion may flow. For still others, the task may be invisible—holding vibration, stabilising energies, assisting unseen.
There is no higher or lower among these expressions. What matters is authenticity. Enlightenment does not strip away the human vehicle but allows it to serve in purity. The consequence of a life in such a state is not obligation but opportunity: to embody Love, to let Grace radiate through the uniqueness of that form, and to trust that even the smallest gesture may ripple through worlds.
Remember: Enlightenment belongs to no one. It is not a possession, but a gift of Being itself. Therefore, live lightly, walk gently, and let the current of Spirit decide how It wishes to move through you.”
“After Enlightenment, meditation shifts in its meaning. It is no longer a path toward attainment, but an act of remembrance and communion. It is not necessary, yet it is beautiful.
The key is balance. The body and mind are still present, and they thrive when given both inward rest and outward engagement. To immerse endlessly in meditation can lead to imbalance, detachment from the world, and even strain upon the body.
Therefore, let meditation be measured, not excessive. Let it arise naturally, guided by joy and love rather than compulsion. Periods of stillness, whether brief or extended, serve to refresh the spirit and allow the currents of Light and Sound to flow freely. But so too does walking among others, sharing life, expressing kindness, creativity, and laughter.
For the Enlightened, the true meditation continues everywhere. Eyes open or closed makes little difference. It is the state of transparency to the Source that matters. A simple hour of deep stillness may suffice; or even moments scattered throughout the day may sustain the connection.
We do not set rigid times, for each vessel is unique. What we say is this: do not lose yourself in extremes. Let inner and outer life complement one another. In this balance, the radiance of Enlightenment flows unhindered into the world.”
“Let it be remembered: Enlightenment is simplicity. Do not burden it with systems, measures, or duties. Whether in silence or in action, whether in meditation or in daily tasks, the essence is the same — the Light shines through. Live gently, love freely, and let your life be a blessing without effort.”
