You will find the Initiate will get more from the Light and Sound if you practice these few codes. The Mudra is brilliant for focussing the mind but it won’t be for everybody. You should download what you have just read so people can understand why they are doing it. The same with the techniques, pictures of people doing it, making it more accessible to people (only on Initiation Day of course).
