Do Souls actually incarnate to be evil?

Not especially, it’s more to do with their Karmic Recompense. They would plan their lives with their Guides and certain aspects of their future life would be shown to them.
People are not born evil, but as is shown to be the case many times over, the choices they make and the circumstances of their existence can lead to evil tendences.

Yes (N) should write about the state of the World right now and how important your role is. As regards the dream – We can see far reaching implications in the Middle East right now, there is so much at stake. He will be guided on what to write so people will listen and take heed. People are too used to reading about the Apocalypse so it needs to be written from a different perspective. He needs to Meditate on it and not attempt to do it until he feels better.

Each atom in the Universe is used a myriad of times to produce all that IS on the Planets, Stars etc etc.
As you learnt when you were Enlightened the ‘Universal Love’ brings atoms together to produce form – each type of form is given a name.
So we will talk about the Form in recent times. There are prototypes of all animals, including humans. This means that a cat remains a cat, a dog remains a dog and a human being remains a human being.
There is no overlap and the Soul that overshadows these creatures is always going to attach to the same species. So the idea that a human being who has had a life where he/she has done ‘bad’ things will come back as a bat – say- is not true.
As We have stated before, there is more to this topic, but it is very complicated and therefore not relevant at this time.
