Yes (M) we are talking often at the moment and need to for a while now to keep you focussed and ready. I was quite harsh with you, but you understood and I know you want to do your best. You just need a nudge here and there, as does (N).
You need to focus on (M) as she is ready for an inspirational day on Sunday when you meet. She needs to know about the channelling and would benefit from you being quite open about this. Many of her friends are waiting for answers and We will be there helping to pave the way for other Adepts coming on board to help Us in Our quest.
We are happy that (N) is always ready to help get Our Messages across. The technological age that you are part of is a prime example of connecting people from all the corners of the Earth, and yet can affect so many people in negative ways because they often become addicted to it.
However, someone who can build quality Meditation into their daily life can, and will, break down these negative patterns in order to use the technology sensibly and well.

May we sit (V) down for Enlightenment?
If people see her going through, then maybe it would give people a lift and see the Path as real?
