In answer to your question we would certainly like to add some thoughts to what your husband has written. Although he has done well there are other considerations we would wish to give.
Awe and Wonder
This aspect of Meditation is probably the most important, as it gives the Seeker a way of not only gaining the most from Meditation, but also with help to focus far more and to understand the workings of Creation.
When a feeling of Awe and Wonder of the Light and Sound is achieved, the Magic can then take place to transform the Seeker and allow him to release the bonds that tie him to the physical planes. This transports him to the Higher Dimensions in order to reach the goal of Liberation – a total Spiritual Transformation, which enables the Seeker to become One with Everything and realize that he is God; The Love that Pervades all Things.
(E) is a good honest man, but he wasn’t able to carry on with the group due to gossip that went back to (Y). He has been ‘lost’ Spiritually but is very happy to have contact with you two again. You must help him, We will be there to guide you.

We want to Communicate with you on a more regular basis, as things will move very fast now for you with regard to the Meditation group and We would like you to be ready for when that happens. Regularity is paramount because you need to be aligned to receiving Messages first time and not to struggle to understand Our words. (E) is very happy to have contact with you. It is written that he becomes an Adept and a prominent figure in the new Lightwave.
(M) will need coaxing, but she too is a leader, We are not sure which route she will take as she has many concerned friends. We shall see!Lyla and Phaedra
(M), we are wanting you to be attentive to everything, not just Meditation and Channelling. As has been said, things are moving fast, actually faster than you think. We are getting ready to help you and (N) do this vital work as it culminates in many Initiations and Enlightenments. This will carry on for some time.
As (N) suggests, the cycle has come round for Massive Spiritual growth and will indeed be sent from (N)’s cushion all over the World. We are happy to see this and We have been working, as you have been working.
