When someone is Initiated they bring their whole life to that point to the ‘table’ as it were. All their experiences, fears etc are all included.

So, when a group is Initiated who come from similar backgrounds they will See similar Landmarks. It is sometimes a cultural thing. You both saw similar things on your Initiation (N) and (M).

So, as the Path is Experienced by Meditators their Journey is always ‘tainted’ by their journey through life, could be drugs, or religious dogmas. The idea is to open up to New Things, that is when the Meditator will really move and change – Learn and Grow, both on the cushion and off.

So the Path isn’t really changing, all those things people are seeing now have always been there. There is so much to See and Hear.
