This site is indeed the new flagship and as you say it is most important in the next phase of the new Lightwave. You are also feeling (M) that big changes are afoot and you are right.

Both of you need to focus right now on being ready for any eventuality and that means (N) as you have indicated, to be more efficient in communications by releasing some of the jobs in what you would call your job description.

Your expertise is needed elsewhere. Although there may be minor casualties, in the Greater Scheme they will be ‘nothing!’
