• Pressure (firm, comfortable for the duration).
• Position of the fingers on the eyes.
• Duration 20-30 seconds.

Could we have an inspiring message for the website about people hearing the Sound and seeing the Light.

The way you have described the Initiation is perfect, both parts of the question. The reason it was mentioned is that it does need to be comfortable pressure.

(N) it is a bit premature to be writing about the Light. Just give it a little time and there will be other things to add. Remember this period of ‘ramping up’ has only just started – be patient!
