Hello (M) – you need to keep the Meditation and Channelling going in the morning and evening, as believe it or not there is going to be quite a number of people coming along to the group soon. You need to be ready to help with all kinds of requests and must be confident you are hearing correctly. You do this by regular contact that, in a sense, doesn’t matter, so long as you can build up your skills.
Your sister always gets down in the dumps when she can’t go out. She has had no stimulus this week, she will improve in the next few days.
