Well (M) – it’s hard for her because on the one hand she really feels aligned to what you are doing – but at the same time what is being said about Souls etc and (N)’s science site is difficult to take on board. She just wants things to be very simple as her life is not an easy one. What you should do is wait for tonight, but send her an email saying about resolving differences, be kind and loving, send it today.

(M) We need you to Meditate more fully for Us to release more Energy in your direction. You are doing well under the circumstances of your life, but if you Meditate with intent then We can give you the Power of being far more focused and able to be more efficient in your life. Obviously this will spill over into your Lightwave activities. All is unfolding as it should and you are not to be concerned at all with petty little difficulties people are having around you. This is far more important and shousld take priority.

They should be Meditating for 1-2 hours per day according to their circumstances. If they are able to do longer Meditations, of course their Path would be greatly accelerated. We must stress, however, that the quality of these Meditates must be good in order for their Journey to be the length of the suggested 2-3 years. As with everything else, the more one puts in, the more one gets out.
