(T) is a very mixed up man, who deals with life in a topsy-turvy way. Like so many others he can’t find peace in himself and is certainly in no fit state to hold down a job.

Do your best (N), but don’t hold out too much hope for him to become a Teacher, in the sense that you would like. Just getting him grounded for any length of time would be an achievement.
