So what happens to non Initiates when they die?

The same as 1st and 2nd Initiates, except that their time in the Heaven World is not so long.
It is all to do with learning: You live to learn!
The more you have learnt, the longer you will stay away from Earth, because you want to learn more.
You never stop Learning

That is why (N)’s life is so easy for him, he is always wanting to learn.

Are the Souls that enter the Light Karma free?

Wrong Question!
In order to enter the Light there needs to be complete surrender and absolute desire for Oneness. Your minds cannot possibly understand this – only as a concept.
But when you have a really good Meditate and you merge truly with the Energy and feel absolute Peace would you want to come out?

Karma can only affect you if you are open to it – if you live your life where you simply treat all ‘lightness’ and ‘darkness’ the same then you have overcome Karma. This is not to say you have ‘gone through’ your Karma. It just doesn’t exist for you anymore.
