You should use it for Spiritual Purposes – ie. checking States and helping people with their Meditation. As you become more proficient you will be able to ask pertinent questions and get the answers.

You will also be able to use this method to help with health issues, but be careful you don’t get too many people asking for your help or you will become unwell yourself.

Use Wisdom in deciding how best to use your Gift.
