Please would You tell us how we can help (P)?

This is the Lords of Light.

As most of you are aware, this man has been suffering for many, many years. He has found life, in general, very hard. You will understand that anyone who has had to be on permanent sleeping pills will eventually have real problems with his mental health. This happens because he isn’t getting a healthy night’s sleep with the correct patterns.

He is in a dark place at the moment and needs to talk to someone to give him hope for the future which he thinks is very bleak.

Keep trying to see him, but in the meantime you could send him a heartfelt card from you all saying how much you miss him and appreciate all he has done for you. We are doing all We can, but (P) has to ask for our help himself – that is how it works. This is very important to get across to him.
