Are we correct in saying that we have the responsibility to help guide the Spontaneous Awakening people (through the websites)?

Will people who are Spontaneously Enlightened be able to use the ‘Touch?’ Or would they need to receive a Transfer of Energy from us first?

The ‘Touch’ refers to the process of Initiation.
