Yes (N), leave well alone at the moment. If you, or Us, go telling them what to do they will be defiant and things will be worse. Wait till (J) asks you for help. He hasn’t got that side of things in control yet, but is reluctant to let (P) go in favour of (J) – and even more reluctant to confirm States himself!

We have an impasse – but We are trying to sort things out. We know (N) that (J) should be doing it on her own, but soon it will have to be that way, there will be no other choice.
