May we have some understanding on (J) – and how to handle him in the future?

(N), (M), this is the Lords of Light.

There are many obstacles that a leader has to face during his time in office, so to speak – and that is dealing with egos.

There will always be those who think they know best, for whatever reason. (J) is one such ego. He is not to be blamed by you, as his behaviour is being monitored every second, as are all humankind. The judgement, as always, comes from Above. Your job is to advise and then stand back.

As to how to move on from here, be kind, but firm and reiterate what you’ve said. The rules, whatever rules are, change where Spirituality is concerned. In fact, scrap any rules.

There are protocols, but even they will be subject to change when the time is right.
Humankind, with all its opinions of how things should be actually know Nothing. A Higher Power Directs Everything and the wise are humble and accepting – Because They Know They Know Nothing!
