May we ask why it is it that, assuming Reincarnation is a reality then why are there more Souls on Earth now?

When (M) comes today he will be seeking confirmation that (N) and yourself are not leaders, but custodians until such time the Master appears.
It is good that (N) has this project as he has much to accomplish, you must be very much aligned with this and help him.

Why are there more Souls on the planet now?
We, the Lords of Light need to talk to you (M). In these changing times of yours it is necessary that more Souls are there to witness and become immersed in the details and conditions that arise. In much of man’s time on the Planet things have stayed pretty much the same for longer but nowadays there are a mulitude of experiences and lessons. Plus of course with the changing of Spiritual Awareness and shifting of Consciousness more Souls wish to take full advantage of this, whether to come down as advanced Souls to help in the process or to attain Spiritual Freedom for the first time.
Like stars are made and then they finish their cycle of Birth and Death – Souls are the same in that they are being Created all the time and last until they fully dissolve into the ‘Oneness’ of Atman.
People aligning with the Spiritual Hierarchy to attain States.
There is a real fear in (Y)’s group, which We didn’t really anticipate. This is that if they ‘sit down’ during the Grace Periods and attain States they are somehow being disloyal to (Y) and therefore have a retribution. They really believe that he is the only way.
If they do so, and a few have around the world, then they would achieve the States. So you are right (N) – they do have to align with Us in order to move on Spiritually.
