She is overflowing with Love and can see your selfless existence and how people are drawn to you because of it. She can see your Light shining bright, but you must not worry so, and trust more that things will work out (just as We are saying).

She wants to tell you that she worried too much and there really is no mileage in it, such a waste of energy. Life is what it is and you are such a beacon for people. She loves being with you by the sea.

Tell (J) she should come and see you more and have a real break from the family. It does her good.
