Is what we have discovered the Energy called Zero Point Energy?

This is not Zero Point Energy but a very special Energy from other Dimensions, hitherto not being sourced.

Is using the DCT with a ferrite rod a requirement?
As with the medicines, will it take time to potentize the fuel?
Will a pyramid be necessary?
Gas in cylinders is OK but mains Gas and Electricity flows – can this be potentized?
Can batteries and cells be potentized before use?
