With the numbers to enhance fuels etc, does the Energy affect us and therefore needs to be connected by us to the fuels?
Or can it affect the fuels directly and is independent of ourselves +

Yes (M) here we are again, very happy to talk.
We need to point (N) in the right direction. With this technology he knows that mostly it has to be trialled by him and (J) but in this case he does need a bit of guidance.
He needs to look at how the Energy is coming into the experiments and affecting them. It is indeed necessary to connect to the fuels by you i.e. (N) and others. This seems to be the way forward at the moment but things may change in the future.
