What (N) has said is right, and he needs to say more to help (T) come to terms with what he is experiencing.

He needs to understand fully that the whole World is changing, and by that We mean that whoever you are, how rich you are or wherever you live, your lives are becoming more difficult and challenging. You will see this by just observing friends, family and Worldly affairs.

“Being in the World but not of it” is challenging in itself, because it is hard to watch people suffering. But get yourself strong by following (N)’s advice also you can sit quietly and ask for your Guides’ help to ground you.
