Please would you help us to understand why Meditators sometimes habitually focus on the Lower Realms instead of finding the Landmarks?

Hello (M), (N) this is the Lords of Light.

This is easy to answer, it’s all to do with their desire to transcend the physical plane. They actually enjoy being where they feel comfortable and secure.

But in order to become ‘One’ with the Absolute they need to relinquish their desire for the lower Planes and ask to be taken where they might find the Beauty and Majesty of the Higher Planes of Consciousness and be immersed in the Wonder of it All.

It’s all about letting go!
