We hope to serve the Spiritual Path for many more years. Can you give us any advice to ensure that we stay healthy.

I’m thinking that it would be a better idea to keep the advice separate.

When thinking about a healthy lifestyle people generally
look at their diet, sleep and fitness regime. But that is only part of the story of wellness and longevity.

First it’s good to recognise when you need to rest, that’s not just for 10 minutes, but an hour or so, depending on how much sleep you had the night before. Also how much time you’ve spent with people other than (N).
Because of your empathetic nature you can’t help but be drawn into the concerns of others.

So rule number one is, put a ring of golden light all around you before any social encounters!

● Do deep conscious breathing every day before you arise and before sleep.
● Do Qigong exercises every day – even just 10 minutes.
● Spend as much time in the sunshine as you can, this lightens your mood and makes you generally happier.
● Find ways of bringing joy and laughter into your life so you can share it with others. Expand the natural joy that is inside you and waiting to come out.
