Will they require the pre-Initiation Mantra and/or Initiates Mantra?
Can the Initiation for them be more relaxed as (N) has outlined?
Is it actually required?
Perhaps needed to Initiate others in the future?

This needs careful thought as things are changing very quickly now. Because (J) is potentially someone who could really increase the numbers We need to think about answers We may give.

The first thought is that he should be Initiated but not in a park. He will need at least a day to settle into the Energies and the Initiation done in the conventional way. Well done (N) with the idea of the park, but not for people living in the U.K.
He should be given a pre-Initiation Mantra.

(J) is doing many things at the moment. He really likes the website and what he reads resonates with him, but he needs to have a good Initiation where he is propelled into the Energies like you were (N). More later!
