Please may we have some advice for Light and Sound Meditators who wish to contact their Spiritual Guide(s)?
This is the Lords of Light.
The very first thing that has to be developed in someone wishing to contact their Guide is Humility and Reverence. Realize that it is a total Gift to be able to do this, and you should never take it for granted.
Ask to be able to contact your Guide – it may take several sessions to do this. Your Guide may not appear, but you hear a voice in your head which you know is not your normal thinking process. Write down what you hear. The more you practice doing this, the more you will learn to trust what is being said. Be totally attentive and show your gratitude and respect.
With (D) We told you that she has her own ways of doing things. Be kind to her but realize that generally there is no mileage in listening to what she says. She does have a gift and is very kind and wishes to help, but what you are doing (M) is far more than she could ever comprehend.
