A Meaningful Life

“The most meaningful thing a person can do with their life is to awaken to what they truly are, and then let that awakening become love in action.”

Not necessarily fame, wealth, achievement, or even spiritual experiences. Those can all pass. What remains meaningful is the transformation of consciousness: becoming more aware, more loving, more truthful, more useful to others.

In the uploaded transmissions, this is expressed very simply: life is for “giving and loving,” and if spiritual states have been attained, it becomes important to pass on the knowledge of those teachings.

So perhaps the deepest answer is:
Live in such a way that your presence reduces suffering, increases love, and helps consciousness awaken, first in yourself, then quietly in others.

That can happen through meditation, parenting, healing, teaching, creating, caring, listening, serving, forgiving, or simply becoming a gentler human being.

“Meaning is not found only in what you do. It is found in what you become while doing it.”
