Please could you give us Your thoughts on using the ground floor room directly under the Pyramid to heal someone whilst sending Energy from the first floor, also directly under the Pyramid.

Yes It’s a good idea to sit under the Pyramid for healing as you suggest (N). When (M) arrives tomorrow she should sit for 10 minutes each day.
She also needs the Autoimmune Remedy administered – plus checking for foods that she can’t tolerate at the moment.
